HIS MOTHER HAS HAD A PLAN WITH THE COMPANY FOR YEARS, AND THE ONLY TIME SHE NEEDED TO USE IT, THE EMPLOYEE CAME OUT AND DID NOTHING TO FIX THE PROBLEM. COMPLAINANT HAD TO FIX AT HIS OWN EXPENSE. HE WANTS THE COMPANY AND SOMEONE IN AUTHORITY TO KNOW THAT THE MAN WHO CAME OUT TO FIX THE THERMOSTAT, DID NOTHING WHATSOEVER TO FIX IT AND WASTED ALMOST AN HOUR SITTING OUT FRONT OF THEIR HOUSE. |
