IN OCTOBER SHE RE- CEIVED A BILL FOR $7285.61 WHICH THEY STATE IS BECAUSE THEY WERE ONLY DOING ESTIMATED READINGS. SHE WANTS THIS UNPAID USAGE DROPPED FROM HER BILL SINCE THEY HAD NEVER NOTIFIED HER THE AMOUNT SHE WAS PAYING BEFORE WAS ONLY A ESTIMATED AMOUNT.
