SHE WANTS THE PUC TO SHOW THAT PGW CAN PROVIDE CORRECT AND SUBSTANTIAL DOCUMENTATION TO WARRANT PAYMENT OF THIS DISPUTED BILL.

SHE WANTS THE PUC TO CONFIRM THE AGREEMENT SUMMARY AMOUNT HAS BEEN PAID, REMOVE LIEN FROM CREDIT HISTORY, AND CREDIT HER ACCOUNT FOR ANY MONIES PAID TO PREVENT SHUT-OFF OR IN ERROR OF COMPUTING HER BALANCE DUED ON HER ACCOUNT.
