SHE WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD BE THERE BETWEEN 8 AM - 4 PM, NO ONE ARRIVED UNTIL 8:15 P.M.. SHE STATES THAT SHE IS A SINGLE PARENT WHO LOST A DAY OF PAY DUE TO THIS. SHE WANTS THEM TO IMPLEMENT A SYSTEM WHEN A MORE SPECIFIC TIME FRAME IS GIVEN TO THE CONSUMER. AND SHE WANTS PHILADELPHIA GAS WORKS TO COMPENSATE HER FOR LOST WAGES DUE TO THEIR MISMANAGEMENT AND UNORGANIZATION.
