C-20016626 Closed 12/17/2001 COMPLAINANT STATES ON 1/8/01 THEY MOVED OUT OF THEIR BUILDING, THE PURPOSE FOR THAT WAS REMODELING WORK. THEY CALLED GAS COMPANY TO HAVE THEIR GAS TURNED OFF. THEY DID NOT RECEIVE A BILL FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS AFTER MOVING BACK INTO BUILDING. THEY WANT THE $2,355.34 TO BE WIPED OUT.
C-20016627 Closed 12/26/2001 COMPLAINANT STATES ON 7/25/01, PHILADELPHIA GAS WORKS SENT A BILL IN THE AMOUNT OF $24,513.34 AND CONTINUES TO BILL THIS AMOUNT. THE CURRENT BILLING CYCLE FOR THAT BILLING TIME WAS $858.23. IN THE PAST, THE CORPORATION ALWAYS PAID ITS BILLS AND IS NOT AWARE OF THESE CHARGES. THEY WANT THE PUC TO HAVE PHILA GAS WORKS CORRECT THE ADDRESS ON THE BILLING AND INCLUDE SPECIFIC USAGE FOR THE BUSINESS OPERATED AT 6800 RIDGE AVENUE, INVESTIGATE WHAT THE BILLING IS FOR AND IF THE BILLING IS PROPER. ALSO, ORDER PHILA GAS WORKS TO PUT THE BUSINESS ON A PAYMENT PLAN WITHOUT INTEREST, ALSO PHILA GAS WORKS TO INVESTIG- ATE THIS MATTER FURTHER TO CORRECT ANY OVER BILLING THAT MAY BE THE CAUSE OF THE OVER BILLING, WAIVE ALL INTEREST, PENALTIES, AND LATE CHARGES FOR THE FELONIOUS BILLING.
C-20016635 Closed 12/19/2001 COMPLAINANT STATES A TENANT RENTING ON E OF HIS PROPERTIES INCURRED A LARGE DELINQUENT GAS BILL. A LIEN WAS THEN PUT AGAINST THIS PROPERTY, BUT NO ONE EVER NOTIFIED THE COMPLAINANT. COMPLAINANT FEELS THE COMPANY SHOULD HAVE NOTIFIED HIM SO HE COULD HAVE DONE SOMETHING TO PREVENT THE LIEN BEING PLACED ON HIS PROPERTY. HE WOULD LIKE THE COMPANY TO REFUND THE MONEY LOST DUE TO THE LIEN.

SOME SAY THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO THEIR $268 THAT THEY MAILED IN FOR THEIR PART & LABOR PLAN IN AUGUST 1999. COMPLAINANT WOULD LIKE FOR THE $268 TO BE REMOVED FROM BILL COMPLETELY.

SHE WANTS THIS UNPAID USAGE DROPPED FROM HER BILL SINCE THEY HAD NEVER NOTIFIED HER THE AMOUNT SHE WAS PAYING BEFORE WAS ONLY A ESTIMATED AMOUNT.
