THEY THEN INSTALLED A NEW METER, AS THE OTHER ONE WAS DEFECTIVE, BUT STILL ESTIMATED HIS BILLS. HE WANTS THE PUC TO MAKE PGW BASE HIS BILLS ON ACTUAL METER READINGS.
F-00824783 Closed 3/13/2001 COMPLAINANT STATES COMPLAINT INVOLVES PGW'S FAILURE TO ISSUE A MONTHLY BILL FOR THE PERIOD OF 11/4/99 TO 7/10/99 AND THE SUBSEQUENT "MAKE UP" BILL ISSUED IN THE AMOUNT OF $229.98.
