BCS ORDERED CUSTOMER TO PAY ONLY $200 TO RESTORE SERVICE AND PAYMENT OF THE BUD- GET PLAN PLUS $15 TOWARDS ARREARS. THE DECISION FAILED TO MAKE ANY FINDING OF A CHANGE IN CUSTOMERS INCOME. BECAUSE OF POOR PAYMENT HABITS WITH TWO BROKEN PAYMENT AGREEMENTS, AND THE SIZE OF THE OUTSTANDING BALANCE, PGW REQUESTS THAT THE COMMISSION REQUIRE THE CUSTOMER TO PAY THE BALANCE IN FULL.
