ONCE HE RECEIVED A BILL, HE REQUESTED A REFUND PAYMENT. THAT IS WHEN HE RECEIVED ANOTHER BILL STATING THAT HE OWED PGW $7,376.86. HE IS NOW APPEALING THE JUDGEMENT OF THE PUC STATING THAT HE IS TO PAY A MONTHLY BUDGET OF $155 PLUS $45 TOWARDS PAST DUE BALANCES. HE WANTS HELP WITH HIS SITUATION.

PGW PERSONNEL HAVE CONFIRMED TO HIM THAT HE WAS IN FACT OVERBILLED AND CONSEQUENTLY WAS DUE A REFUND THAT HE COULD TAKE AS CREDIT OR CASH. HE WANTS THE PUC TO ORDER PHILADELPHIA GAS WORK TO REVIEW ITS RECORDS TO ASCERTAIN THE AMOUNT HE OVERPAID THE UTILITY AND ISSUE A PAYMENT TO HIM REFLECTING THE AMOUNT HE OVERPAID.

F-00862430 Closed 9/18/2001 COMPLAINANT STATES FOR THE FIRST EIGHT MONTHS, HE WAS NEVER SENT A BILL. THEN THE FIRST BILL HE RECEIVED WAS CLOSE TO $900. THERE AFTER HE WAS PENAL- IZED FOR INTEREST AND LATE CHARGES ON THE FULL AMOUNT. HE FEELS THAT AFTER ALL OF THE ADDITIONAL FEES ARE DROPPED, HE WOULD OWE LESS THAN $900.
