HE IS NOW APPEALING THE JUDGEMENT OF THE PUC STATING THAT HE IS TO PAY A MONTHLY BUDGET OF $155 PLUS $45 TOWARDS PAST DUE BALANCES. HE WANTS HELP WITH HIS SITUATION. |
