ONCE HE RECEIVED A BILL, HE REQUESTED A REFUND PAYMENT. THAT IS WHEN HE RECEIVED ANOTHER BILL STATING THAT HE OWED PGW $7,376.86. HE IS NOW APPEALING THE JUDGEMENT OF THE PUC STATING THAT HE IS TO PAY A MONTHLY BUDGET OF $155 PLUS $45 TOWARDS PAST DUE BALANCES. HE WANTS HELP WITH HIS SITUATION.
