PGW RECORDS INCORRECTLY SHOWED HER ACCOUNT AS OWING $9,935.46 AS OF 7/12/00, SHE STATES THAT PGW HAS FAILED TO MAINTAIN ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER PGW GAS SERV- ICE TARIFF NUMBER 10 AND SHE ALSO WANTS THIS MATTER TO BE FIXED.
