Complaintant states that they did not receive a shut off notice and after te hgas was already shut off received a letter with options in a neighbor's mailbox instead of their mailbox. Complaintant states that the technician that took the meter caused extensive damage that needed repaired. Complaintant would like their meter to finally be tested, and the bill to be corrected to reflect incorrect readings from November 2010 to March 2010. |
