THE PGW REPRESENTATIVE TOLD HIM THAT A FINAL BILL WOULD BE SENT, WHICH SHOWS THAT HE IS IN ARREARS BY $330.03 HE WANTS THE PUC TO INVESTIGATE THE CHARGES ON HIS BILLS, AND MAKE PGW CREDIT HIS ACCOUNT FOR $330.03.
