SHE WANTS THE PUC TO SUS- PEND PAYMENT OF THE BACK BILL PENDING A DECISION, MAKE PGW ELIMINATE THE CLAIMED ARREARAGE, RULE THAT SHE OWES ONLY THE ONGOING ACTUAL USAGE AS REPOR- TED BY THE AMR, AND DECLARE CONSISTENT WITH THE TARIFF AND OTHER REGULATIONS THAT PGW MAY NOT GO BACK ANY FURTHER THAN A 6 MONTH PERIOD IN DETERMINING WHETHER ANY FINES OR PENALTIES MAY BE APPROPRIATELY PLACED AGAINST PGW FOR FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE TARIFF.
