AFTER TWO VISITS TO THE OFFICE TO GET THIS CORRECTED SHE STATED EACH TIME SHE WAS THERE THE MATTER WAS BEING CORRECTED ON THE SYSTEM AND SENT UP TO BILLING AND PUT HER ON A PAYMENT AGREEMENT AT THAT TIME FOR BACK BILLINGS. SHE WOULD LIKE THE PUC TO CHECK HER FILE AND REFUND THE OVERCHARGES.
