SHE STATES PHILADELPHIA GAS WORKS CHARGED $50 TO WAIT THREE DAYS AND NO REPAIR TO HEATER, AND SHE HAD TO PAY THE PRIVATE COMPANY $70 FOR SERVICE. SHE WANTS PHILADELPHIA GAS WORKS TO DELETE THE $50 CHARGE FROM BILL BECAUSE HER HEATER WASN'T FIXED.
