HE WANTS TO KNOW WHERE THE CREDIT WENT TO.

THE READINGS WERE EXTREME- LY HIGH AND DURING THE SUMMER THEY REQUESTED THAT HE PAY $150 A MONTH. HE WANTS THE PUC TO MAKE A COMPARISION OF PREVIOUS BILL IN THE LAST TWELVE MON- THS SINCE THE INSTALLMENT OF THIS NEW METER. IN MAKING THIS COMPARISION IT SHOULD BE DETERMINED THAT HE HAS BEEN OVER CHARGED AND IS WARRANT A REFUND.
F-00889612 Closed 8/22/2001 COMPLAINANT STATES DURING THE SUMMER OF 2000, HER GAS BILL SOARED FROM LESS THAN $100 TO MORE THAN $3,000 FOR ONE MONTH TO THE OTHER. SHE CONSTANTLY RECEIVES "ESTIMATED GAS BILLS". SHE REQUESTED A NEW METER. THREE DIFFERENT TEAMS CAME OUT AND SHE STILL DOES NOT HAVE A NEW METER. SHE WANTS THE PUC TO INSTALL A NEW METER, ERADICATE THE GAS BILL AND RETURN HER MONEY FOR THE ESCALATED BILL OF $3,000.

C-00014802 Closed 2/2/2001 COMPLAINANT STATES DUE TO A LACK OF METER READINGS AT HER HOUSE, SHE HAS BEEN GIVEN ESTIMATED BILLS FOR OVER A YEAR. THE NEW RATE INCREASE WILL ALLEGEDLY INCREASE THE AVERAGE CUSTOMER'S BILL BY $200 ANNUALLY. HER ESTIMATED BILLS HAVE GONE FROM $63 IN DECEMBER TO $223 IN JANUARY AND A WHOPPING $404 IN FEBRUARY. SHE WANTS THE PUC TO PUT A REASONABLE FORMULA IN PLACE, REGULATE IT; FINE PGW IF THEY IGNORE IT. SHE ALSO WANTS THEM FORCED TO GIVE HER AN ACCURATE READING AND METER EXCHANGE BEFORE APRIL.
