SHE FEELS THE METER MALFUNCTIONED OR IT WAS READ WRONG. SHE IS NOW A WIDOW AND LIVING ON A FIXED INCOME. SHE STATES SHE HAS ALWAYS PAID HER BILLS AND THAT THIS IS UNREASONABLE.

A PROPER EXPLANATION WAS NOT SUBMITTED WITH THE $410.86 BILL THAT WAS MAILED IN JUNE OF 2000. UPON SEVERAL OCCASSIONS DURING PHONE CONVERSAT- IONS ABOUT THE CHARGES, A CLEAR DESCRIPTION OF THE CHARGES WASN'T DISCUSSED, BECAUSE PROPER DOCUMENTATION WAS NOT NOTED IN THE FILES. SHE WANTS THE PUC TO SHOW THAT PGW CAN PROVIDE CORRECT AND SUBSTANTIAL DOCUMENTATION TO WARRANT PAYMENT OF THIS DISPUTED BILL.

HE WANTS THE PUC TO PROHIBIT PECO FROM CHARGING HIM FOR HIS OLD USAGE, AND MAKE THEM REDUCE HIS BALANCE BY $8000.00.

SHE WANTS THE PUC TO ADJUST HER CURRENT BILL AND DEDUCT $165 FROM SEASON SHE DID NOT RECEIVE ADEQUATE HEAT.
