SHE WANTS A FULL INVESTIGATION OF THE BILLING PROCESS, SHE ALSO NEEDS TO KNOW IF THE CHARGES WERE ACCURATE AND SHE NEEDS THE OLD METER CHECKED TO SEE IF THE CHARGES ARE CORRECT.

HE IS ASKING FOR THE COMMISSION ASSISTANCE IN SHUTTING OFF THIS SERVICE, CLOSING HIS ACCOUNT AND OBTAINING AN ACCURATE FINAL BILL BASED ON ACTUAL READING.

HE STATES HE THEN RECEIVED A BILL FOR $4000.00 HE STATES THEY COULD NOT FIND THE OLD METER BUT HE FEELS THAT WROTE DOWN THE METER READING WRONG. WHEN SHE DID NOT RECEIVE A BILL THE NEXT MONTH FOR HER OLD APARTMENT SHE ASK WHY? COMPLAINANT STATES THE COMPANY SAID THEY WERE HAVING BILLING PROBLEMS AND GETTING A NEW COMPUTOR INSTALLED. WHEN SHE DID RECEIVE A BILL IT SHOWED SHE WAS STILL ON THE CRP PROGRAM. AFTER TWO VISITS TO THE OFFICE TO GET THIS CORRECTED SHE STATED EACH TIME SHE WAS THERE THE MATTER WAS BEING CORRECTED ON THE SYSTEM AND SENT UP TO BILLING AND PUT HER ON A PAYMENT AGREEMENT AT THAT TIME FOR BACK BILLINGS. SHE WOULD LIKE THE PUC TO CHECK HER FILE AND REFUND THE OVERCHARGES.

SHE ASK ANOTHER MONTLY PAYMENT BE ARRANGED. SHE STATES SHE HAS A MEDICAL CONDITION AND HAS TO PAY A CO-PAY ON HER MEDICINE.

AFTER THIS WAS DONE IN 2000 THE GAS BILL HAS REMAINED THE SAME. SHE WOULD LIKE SOMEONE TO CHECK HER METER AND CHECK INTO THIS MATTER. SHE STATES SOME PEOPLES GAS BILLS ARE HIGHER THEIR MORTAGE.
