HE STATES PGW HAS OBVIOUSLY BEEN BILLING HIM INCORRECTLY FOR THE PAST 36 MONTHS. HE PAID EVERY BUDGET AMOUNT BILLED SINCE OBTAINING SERVICE IN JULY OF 1993. HE WANTS TO KNOW WHY HE IS BEING PENALIZED RETROACTIVELY FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE. |
