SHE STATES PHILADELPHIA GAS WORKS CHARGED $50 TO WAIT THREE DAYS AND NO REPAIR TO HEATER, AND SHE HAD TO PAY THE PRIVATE COMPANY $70 FOR SERVICE. SHE WANTS PHILADELPHIA GAS WORKS TO DELETE THE $50 CHARGE FROM BILL BECAUSE HER HEATER WASN'T FIXED.

SHE WAS TOLD THAT PHILADELPHIA GAS WORKS COULD NOT GIVE HER A BREAKDOWN. SHE STATES SHE WANTS TO BE BILLED FOR WHAT WAS USED FROM MARCH 1998 TO THE PRESE- NT TIME.

THEY ARE REQUESTING THAT PGW JUSTIFY THE AMOUNT OF THEIR REQUESTED BILL.

HE STATES HE FEELS THAT THE PREVIOUS TENANT WAS USING GAS WITHOUT PGW KNOWLEDGE. HE IS ASKING THE PUC TO REQUEST THAT PGW PRESENT A HARD COPY OF THE READING OF 9/3/99.

HE KEPT ON CALLING THE PHILADELPHIA GAS CO TO COME OUT AND REPAIR HIS HEATER. IN NOVEMBER 2000, A GENTLEMEN CAME OUT AND TOLD HIM THAT THE FUSABLE LINK HAD TO BE REPLACED. REPAIRMENT KEPT COMI- NG OUT TO FIX THE PROBLEM, BUT THEY WERE UNABLE TO FIND THE REAL CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM. HE STATES HE AGREES TO PAY THE GAS BILLS, BUT HE WANTS THE GAS COMPANY TO TAKE OFF ALL THE CHARGES THAT HE HAD INCURRED FOR THE LATE FEES AND THE OVER PRICED PART THAT WAS DEFECTIVE UPON INSTALLATION TO BEGIN WITH.

HE INFORMED PGW IN ADVANCED THAT HIS LEASE WOULD BE TERMINATED, THAT HE WOULD NEED GAS SERVICE TERMINATED AND GAVE THEM HIS CURRENT ADDRESS FOR THE FINAL BILL. DESPITE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO HAVE SERVICE TERMINATED, IT HAS NOT BEEN TERMINA- TED AND HE IS STILL BEING BILLED FOR GAS SERVICE AT THE APARTMENT WHERE HE NO LONGER RESIDES. HE WOULD LIKE ALL GAS CHARGES INCURRED AFTER 8/1/00 TO BE REMOVED FROM HIS ACCOUNT, AND A NEW FINAL BILL TO BE SENT TO HIS CURRENT ADDRESS.
