PGW THEN SUBMITS TO HIM A BILL DATING BACK FROM THE FINAL BILL IN 1995 TO PRESENT FOR THE AMOUNT OF $12,673.60. HE IS WILLING TO PAY A PORTION OF THE BILL, BECAU- SE THE GAS, WHETHER UNKNOWINGLY STILL WAS USED BY HIS BUSINESS. HE WANTS A HEARING ON THIS MATTER. |
