Complainant states that they were offered a 20% reduction in the bill, but decided they would prefer to file a formal complaint.

Complaintant states that Philadelphia Gas Works said that they prioritize blocks by how which blocks are the worse. Complaintant states that Philadelphia Gas Works started fixing all the pipes and equipment in March 2011. Complaintant would like their bill readjusted considering all the gas leaks at their property, and a payment agreement to pay off the balance that is determined to be owed.
