Complaintnat staates that they are willing to pay for service during the time of her lease, but not for services provided when not living at the address. Complaintant would like any charge prior to 2/1/2010 and after 9/30/08 removed.

Complaintant wants to only pay what she actually owes and have time to make the payments since there was a extended period of time that she did not receive any bills.
