COMPLAINANT STATES THIS IS NOT HIM. COMP- LAINANT STATES THIS IS NOT HIS BILL AND HE DOES NOT FEEL HE SHOULD BE RESPON- SIBLE FOR IT.
C-20030310 Closed 5/23/2003 COMPLAINANT STATES THERE WAS EXCESSIVE BILLS AND USUAGE OF GAS IN THERE BUILD ING. THE COMPANY WANTS PHILA GAS WORKS TO MAKE PROPER ADJUSTMENTS OF THE USUAGE AND BILLING.

WHILE UNDER DISPUTE THE COMPANY CHARGED HER $125.27 IN LATE CHARGES. SHE WANTS PGW TO CREDIT HER ACCOUNT FOR THIS AMOUNT BECAUSE SHE FEELS HER ACCOUNT WAS INAPPROPRIATELY BILLED.
C-20030315 Closed 5/19/2003 COMPLAINANT STATES THAT IN 2001 THE COMPANY REPLACED HER METER BECAUSE IT WAS LEAKING. HIS NEXT BILL WAS $1000.00. WHEN REQUESTING TO HAVE THE OLD METER CHECKED THEY STATED THEY COULD NOT FIND IT AND SHE HAD TO PAY THE BILL. SHE SHE STATED SHE WANTS THE PUC TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM AND REQUEST THAT PGW COR- RECT THE ACCOUNT.
