Complainant states that they were offered a 20% reduction in the bill, but decided they would prefer to file a formal complaint.

Complainant states that they did not tamper, and was suppose to have a new meter in January, but never received a new meter. Complainant would like to pay half the money.

Complainant states that they received their next gas bill in the amount of $1342. Complainant states that they filed a dispute and based on the decison decided to file a formal complaint. Complainant states that the technician stated there was no signs of magnets or tampering. Complainant states they do not see why they should pay when they are the victims. Complainant is willing to pay half the amount with a payment arrangment.

Complainant states that they had a safety check prior to being told to call for service. Complainant states ended up getting a bill for $7103.33 on December 27, 2011. Complainant would like a zero balance, since they were not recieving any service.
