| Case Description | COMPLAINANT STATES HER GAS BILLS ARE OUTRAGEOUS. SHE STATES HER HOUSE IS 3 FLOORS BUT ONLY HEATS WITH GAS ON THE SECOND FLOOR AND IS THE ONLY PERSON LIVING ON THE SECOND FLOOR. SHE SETS HER THERMOSTAT AT 68 DEGREES BUT THE HOUSE IS STILL COLD. SHE CALLED THE GAS COMPANY BUT TO NO AVAIL. SHE WOULD LIKE THE PUC TO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND HAVE HER GAS BILLS LOWERED. | ||
