| Case Description | COMPLAINANT STATES THERE ARE INCORRECT CHARGES ON HIS BILL. COMPLAINANT ALSO STATES THAT AFTER PECO CONFIRMED THAT HE HAS ALL ELECTRIC HEAT, THE COMPANY IS REFUSING TO ADJUST HIS BILL BACK TO THE DATE OF INITIAL SERVICE. HE WOULD LIKE THE PUC TO HAVE PECO ADJUST HIS ELECTRIC BILL FOR THE DISCOUNTED ELECTRIC HEAT RATE BACK TO THE DAY THAT THE ACCOUNT WAS PUT IN HIS NAME ON NOVEMBER 7, 2008. | ||
