| Case Description | COMPLAINANT STATES THEY ARE VERY FRUSTRATED WITH VERIZON CONCERNING INADEQUATE INSTALLATION AND SERVICE SET-UP THAT LEAD TO CUSTOMER TIME AND EXPENSE. THEY ALSO STATE THE SERVICE THEY RECEIVED FROM VERIZON WAS UNORGANIZED AND IMPERSONAL. THEY WOULD LIKE THE PUC TO HAVE VERIZON REFUND $179.38 TO COVER CELL PHONE BILL MINUTES OVERAGE CHARGES AND $154.00 OF AN AVERAGE MONTH'S CABLE-PHONE-INTERNET BILL TO MAKE UP FOR TIME THEY SPENT ATTEMPTING TO RESOLVE ISSUES THAT WERE NOT THEIR FAULT. | ||
