Case Description	Nature of Incident: --Failed to take most direct route --Tariff rated not posted --Overcharged Incident details: I was over charged for ride from airport to Hampton inn 50.00 for 12 miles then noticed meter and driver to take me to hospital he went to wrong hospital.I informed that it was wrong and said oh the other hospital.When. We got to hospital the charge was 110.50.the driver stated the call in the credit cards.when I got a Email rec.he added a tip that was not authorized .
