| Case Description | A driver, Denny DeKleva, for Embassy Coach, a PUC carrier witnessed & photographed a vehicle with an exterior roof light appearing to be a "Taxi" operating in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County. The photographs are date & time stamped. Also, Mr. DeKleva is willing to testify if the case comes to a hearing. The Penndot printouts are attached to this investigation.
