The premises is used by Grantor for its corporate purposes currently being the transmission and distribution of electricity, gas and communications as well as by third parties for the transmission and distribution of petroleum products and telecommunications. Grantee desires to establish recreational facilities on the premises and to restrict certain development activiteis on he premises as hereinafter set forth.
