Case Description	Agreement dated September 6, 2012 between PPL Electric Utilities Corporation and Borough of Northampton relative to Northampton called "Grantor" assigns grant unto and authority to PPL Electric Utilities Corporation, hereinafter referred to PPL right, privilege and authority to construct, reconstruct, operate and maintain its electric and communication lines consisting of one (1) anchor guy and overhead facilities as shown on plan hereto attached and made part hereof including, wires, cables, fixtures and apparatus upon, across, over, under and along the property which said Grantor owns or in which it has any interest located along Lerchenmiller Drive, situate in Borough of Northampton, County of Northampton, and along the the public highways adjoining the said property, including right of ingress and egress to and from the lines for any purposes; also right to cut down no trees within zero (0) feet each side of centerlineof the electric/communication line and the right to trim no trees within zero (0) feet each side of centerline and remove brush that is a menace to said lines.
