Case Description	Agreement dated November 4, 2013 between PPL Electric Utilities Corp and Tobyhanna Township, relative with the right, privilege and authority to construct, reconstruct, operate and maintain its electric and communication lines consisting of facilities including overhead wires, cables, fixtures and apparatus upon, across, over and along the property along Long Pond Road, including the right of ingress and egress to and from the said lines for any of the aforesaid purposes; also the right to cut down any and all trees within twenty-five feet each side of centerline of the electric/communication lines and the right to trim any and all trees within twenty-five feet each side of centerline of the electric/communication lines and to remove brush along said lines, subject to prior written notice for such trimming and/or cutting, and also the right to permit the attachment of wires and cables of any other person or company to said poles, situate in the Township of Tobyhanna, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
