| Case Description | Agreement dated April 22, 2021 between PPL Electric Utilities Corporation and Summit Hill Township, relative with the right, liberty and privilege of constructing, maintaining and using a temporary access roadway, for the purpose of free ingress, egress and regress to and for said PPL, its successors, assigns, lessees, licensees, tenants, agents, workmen, employees, contractors and subcontractors, together with necessary motor vehicles, equipment and other apparatus at all times within the period of time required for the construction and maintenance activities of a PPL transmission facility; also the right to cut down and trim any trees, brush or other undergrowth upon, along or adjacent to said temporary access roadway which in the judgment of said PPL, may at any time interfere with the construction, maintenance or use of said temporary access roadway, situate in the Township of Summit Hill, County of Carbon, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. | ||
