THE ORIGINAL BRACKET(S) WERE ANCHORED TO THE BRICKS AT THE REAR OF THE HOUSE. HOWEVER IN ORDER TO REMOVE THE ORIGINAL BRACKET(S) FROM THE HOUSES, THE CONT- RACTOR WOULD HAVE HAD TO CUT THE BOLTS SECURING THE BRACKET(S). INSTEAD, THEY CHOSE TO DEFACE AND CAUSED DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY(IES) BY REMOVING THE BRICKS THAT HAD SECURED THE BRACKETS FOR MANY YEARS. HE STATES THIS IS IRRE- SPONSIBLE, UNSAFE AND UNSOUND TO MOUNT THE BRACKET TO THE BARGE BOARD WHICH IS WOOD AND IS PART OF THE ROOFING SYSTEM OF THE HOUSE.

HE WOULD LIKE THE PUC TO REVIEW THIS CASE CAREFULLY.
