HE STATES THIS IS IRRE- SPONSIBLE, UNSAFE AND UNSOUND TO MOUNT THE BRACKET TO THE BARGE BOARD WHICH IS WOOD AND IS PART OF THE ROOFING SYSTEM OF THE HOUSE. |
