REPEATED CALLS TO THEIR EMERGENCY NUMBER WERE USELESS BECAUSE THE OPERATORS HAD NO IDEA OF WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS OR WHEN IT WOULD BE CORRECTED. HE WANTS TO KNOW WHY THE PROBLEM HASN'T BEEN CORRECTED.
