Complainant wants the problem resolved, as a renter they have no reason to tamper with the box.

Complaintant states that ConEdison changed them back starting with February bill.Complainant states they told PECO they would pay PECO their rate with ConEdison times the KWH's, but PECO told complainant they had to pay the $21,080.22 bill or be shut off service.Complaintant states that PECO told them they have to pay the bill until the PUC comes to a conclusion. Complainant states that the person who spoke to Respond Power was not employed by Flyers Skate Zone and not authorized to make any changes. Complainant is willing to pay PECO their ConEdison rate of $0.08335 x their KWH's which was 169,728 for a total of $15, 278.58. Complainant states they do not want to pay the Respond Power charges, since they do not have a contract with them.
