| Case Description | EO Balestra and EO Urey conducted an unauthorized passenger surveillance in the South Side of Pittsburgh, PA (Allegheny County) on the evening of Friday, May 6, 2016. They photographed vehicles displaying exterior roof lights appearing like taxis and the vehicles license plate number. The owner of the vehicle does not have PUC Authority to be operating as a call and demand carrier. | ||
