| Case Description | EO Balestra was returning home on 11/21/16 when he saw a vehicle with a light on the outside of the roof. He stopped the vehicle. The operator was Jerome McCree, a previous PUC violator from earlier in 2016. Mr. McCree stated he was working for Uber & displayed the Uber decal. EO Balestra took a photo of the vehicle & advised complainant he is not permitted to use a roof light and had him remove it. Due to his location & traffic, he could not perform a DVCR. | ||
