Case Description	On 4/17/17, Supervisor Hawthorne received an email & phone call from Felix Syzpanski, manager of County Cab. He stated, Casper Transportation Services is advertising passenger transportation in the Sharon & Hermitage area of Mercer Co., PA on Facebook & other social media sites. He email me a photo. The owner of Casper Transportation is Thomas Pollock. We had complaints on him before in 2016 & he was sent a warning letter. EO Gill & Supervisor Hawthorne set up a jitney sting on 4/19/17 for him. We did catch him operating & completed a DVCR. He MUST be fined this time. I explained PUC regulations to him thoroughly.
