Case Description	Agreement dated April 26, 2019 between PPL Electric Utilities Corp and the Redevelopment Authority of the County of Luzerne relative with the right, liberty and privilege of constructing, maintaining and using a temporary access roadway for the purpose of free ingress, egress and regress to and for PPL, its successors, assigns, lessees, licensees, tenants, agents, workmen, employees, contractors and subcontractors, together with necessary motor vehicles, equipment and other apparatus at all times within the period of time requires for the construction and maintenance activities of a PPL transmission facility; also the right to cut down and trim any trees, brush or other undergrowth upon, along or adjacent to said temporary access roadway which may at any time interfere with the construction, maintenance or use of said temporary access roadway, situate in the Borough of Avoca, County of Luzerne, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
