ALL THIS TIME HE WAS FORCED TO STAY AT STORE BECAUSE WITHOUT POWER STORE ALARMS WERE INOPER- ABLE. WANTS LEGAL ACTION TAKEN AGAINST PECO FOR THE WAY THEY TREATED HIM.
