The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission regulates the many essential utility services that Commonwealth residents and businesses rely on every day. The PUC works to ensure safe and reliable electric, natural gas, pipeline, motor carrier, rail, telecommunications, water and wastewater service at reasonable rates.

The DPC is currently accepting nominations for a DPC representative from the following industries for a 3-year term (2027-2030):
- Non-municipally owned/affiliated facility – Electric industry – 1 position
- Non-municipally owned/affiliated facility – Natural Gas industry – 1 position
- Municipal Authorities – 1 position
- Excavators – 1 position
