Damage Prevention Committee
The Damage Prevention Committee (DPC) oversees enforcement and education related to safe excavation in Pennsylvania. The DPC meets regularly to review alleged violations of the One Call Law and make determinations as to the appropriate response including, but not limited to, the issuance of warnings, violations, administrative penalties, and compliance education.
