PUC Compliance Education

The purpose of training is to ensure that your employees fully understand Act 127 of 2024 as it applies to your work; therefore, all employees who were on the jobsite, associated with the incident, or the employees who replaced them if no longer employed, must attend the program and complete the test with a passing grade.

Training Required by Law

The One Call Law requires the training to be completed within sixty (60) days of the DPC’s Informal Determination letter.  If you fail to successfully complete the program within sixty (60) days, the Commission shall assess an administrative penalty of one hundred dollars ($100) per day, per education type, not to exceed a total of five thousand dollars ($5,000), per education type.
