En Banc Hearings on Wholesale Energy Markets
The five PUC Commissioners are conducting three en banc hearings to solicit comments on wholesale energy markets. A variety of experts are giving testimony at the hearings. The testimony, presentations and audio clips of the presenters are listed below. Docket No. M-2008-2066901.
The hearings will take place in Hearing Room 1 of the Keystone Building, located at 400 North Street in Harrisburg. The hearings begin at 12:30 PM and are open to the public.
The en banc hearing on this topic will be held on Thursday, Oct. 23; Thursday, Nov. 6; and Thursday, Dec. 18.
