CHARGE
Representatives of the Office of Competitive Market Oversight (OCMO), electric generation suppliers, default service providers and consumers have formed a working group to informally resolve issues that arise in the retail electric market. The working group is the Committee Handling Activities for Retail Growth in Electricity, CHARGE.
